A soft outer wrap of gray duck down and feathers surrounds an inner core of gray duck feathers providing the firmness that side sleepers need for proper neck alignment.

*The pillows on which you sleep at luxury hotels have been in service and may feel different than those fresh out of the package. Sleeping on your new pillow will change it over time so that it becomes softer and fluffier. For more information, see care instructions below.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Down and feather pillows and aquaplush® hypoallergenic down alternative pillows should be laundered if there are visible stains or odors.
They can be dry cleaned or machine washed. If machine washing, do so in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent in a washing machine large enough to allow movement in the drum. Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low in a front load dryer until thoroughly dried to kill dust mites and to prevent mold growth. Down and feather pillows may be dried along with dryer balls or clean tennis balls in order to open up the down and create maximum fluff.
Pillows should be laundered at least every 6 months. Even if down and feather pillows do not need laundering, they will benefit from being placed in the dryer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat to open the down thereby fluffing and refreshing the pillows.
Your new pillow may appear flat when it arrives as it has been compressed for shipping. Down and feathers are natural products and need to breathe. Let your new down and feather pillow breathe after you remove it from any packaging and before you place it in a pillow protector or pillowcase. Consider placing your down and feather pillow in the dryer with dryer balls on the lowest heat setting for 3-5 minutes to fluff it up. You can do this periodically during the product's life, as well.
We highly recommend using zippered pillow protectors to protect against sweat and spills and to extend the life of the pillows you love.

Shipping

down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.

Returns

In the event you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at 415-348-0084 or by emailing us at logistics@downetc.com within 5 days of your receipt of the product. down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
