down etc gift card
The gift of luxury; the gift of down etc. With a down etc gift card, you can provide a friend or loved one with the gift of great sleep. Available in multiple denominations the gift card arrives by email and can be used for purchases online. Our gift card has no fees and never expires. Promotional discounts may not be used towards the purchase of a gift card. Gift cards are not subject to state and local sales tax or delivery charges. If these charges appear within your checkout, they will not be included on your credit card.
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, simply check the box stating you want to send as a gift and fill in the information.
Discounts cannot be applied to purchases of down etc gift cards.
Shipping
down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of the purchase. Orders of $200 and over after discounts are applied and exclusive of taxes ship free of charge. For more details on shipping, please refer to Shipping in our FAQS.
Returns
We do not accept for return or refund items purchased using discount, coupon, or promotion codes or items purchased on sale. An exception is items purchased as part of a customer's first order. Items purchased as part of a customer's first order in which a discount code is used may be returned as long as the other requirements of the return policy are met.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want as provided herein and place a new order on downetc.com.
In the event you wish to return an unused product, please email us at logistics@downetc.com within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
