The warm, relaxing feeling you get from taking a bath as part of your bedtime routine should continue as you step out of the tub. The same is true when you step out of the shower to get dressed for the busy day ahead. That kind of comfort is what we were thinking about when we chose to manufacture our collection of bath rugs with 100% Turkish cotton. These rugs provide a soft, plush, absorbent, and quick-drying landing for you when you step out of the tub or shower. We designed them in an array of patterns so you can choose the one that fits seamlessly with your bathroom aesthetic.
Turkish Bath Rugs Made with Turkish Cotton and Manufactured in Turkiye
You’ll often hear cotton described by where it’s grown—and for good reason. The region in which cotton is cultivated plays a major role in its quality and performance. That’s why we chose Turkish cotton for our new line of bath rugs. Its long-staple fibers provide the ideal density for a rug that dries quickly, while remaining exceptionally soft, durable, and absorbent.
1. Long-Staple Turkish Cotton Products Are Strong
Long-staple fibers make woven products far less likely to fray, pill, or fade compared to those made from shorter fibers. Because longer fibers require fewer joins, they create stronger, smoother cotton threads with a more refined finish.
2. Long-Staple Turkish Cotton Products Are Soft
The long-staple fibers produce a smoother surface and a softer woven product. They also allow Turkish cotton to become even softer with each wash.
3. Long-Staple Turkish Cotton Products Are Fast-Drying
As long-staple Turkish cotton is not as dense as long-staple Egyptian or Pima cotton, products made from Turkish cotton are not as heavy or dense. They do not hang on to moisture, allowing them to dry more quickly. That quality is particularly important in a product like a bath rug where mildew or unwanted odors can be a concern. Unlike towels, which are hung to dry or washed frequently, the bath rug remains on the floor between uses. It needs to absorb enough moisture to be comfortable, without holding on to so much that it can't dry on its own.
4. Long-Staple Turkish Cotton Products Are Easy to Care For
Our Turkish bath rugs can be machine washed in warm water with a mild detergent and tumble dried at a low heat with wool dryer balls. They should be washed with other white bath rugs and towels. You will notice they become softer and more absorbent after washing and drying.
5. Bath Rugs Designed to Fit Every Bathroom Aesthetic
Our Turkish bath rugs come in eight geometric designs to fit your bathroom style, from the simple stripe of marco to the honeycomb pattern of poil (all eight patterns are shown in the image above). Manufactured with 100% Turkish cotton, a longer and stronger fiber with a high absorbency, our Turkish cotton bath rugs provide the perfect balance of strength and softness.
If you like Turkish cotton, but want a plain style, we offer our hotel-favorite pacific heights bath rug. Our hospitality customers continue to love these Turkish cotton bath rugs, which are manufactured with nonskid dots on the back to keep them in place on slippery floors.
Make sure you have a plush, soft, and absorbent landing when you step out of the tub or shower.
