Down Etc is honored to be included in the guest room designed by Miyuki Yamaguchi Design Studio
Millbrae, CA April 27, 2023—Down Etc has provided its luxury hotel white goose down comforter, pillows, and pillow protectors to the guest bedroom designed by Miyuki Yamaguchi Design Studio at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. The 2023 Showcase House at 625 El Camino Del Mar was built in the early 20th century, and exemplifies 18th-century Spanish-style architecture. A team of elite designers was selected to transform its interiors and exterior.
Yamaguchi's wisteria-themed guest room is dedicated to the late Professor Murray Barnson Emeneau, her next-door neighbor when she lived in North Berkeley. He adored the wisteria outside his study window and watching the sun setting over the Bay.
Visitors may view the guest bedroom and the rest of the designers’ work in the splendor of the fabulous Sea Cliff mansion from April 29-May 29, 2023. The Decorator Showcase has benefited the San Francisco University High School financial aid program since 1977. Proceeds from the event afford a access to a world-class college preparatory education to hundreds of talented and deserving Bay Area students.
Down Etc will be inviting visitors to the guest room to a private shopping event by providing them with a code to enjoy a one-time 20% discount on their next order. Down Etc will be donating an additional 10% of the total price of products purchased using the discount code to the UHS financial aid program.
