Roll Into a Perfectly Made Bed: All You Need to Know About The Art of Bedmaking
The Team at Down Etc wrote this book for the hospitality workers around the world who make beds every day for a living, as well as for the homemakers who make beds every day for their loved ones. We firmly believe a great night's sleep is the best medicine for the tired body, soul, and mind and a great night's sleep requires a comfortable and hygienic bed.
Roll Into a Perfectly Made Bed is broken into twelve chapters with a few extras and a handy glossary of terms at the back. The first eight chapters address elements of the bed from the bottom up, bedframe to comforter cover. The book continues with chapters devoted to elements of a perfectly made bed that may not be instantly apparent when you look at the bed, from how the sheets should be laundered to how you should change bedding to protect your back. You can read Roll Into a Perfectly Made Bed straight through from cover to cover or you can search the table of contents for the elements that interest you.
Shipping
down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.

Returns
Items purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotion code and items on sale may not be returned or refunded. An exception is items purchased as part of a customer’s first order. Items purchased as part of a customer’s first order in which a discount code is used may be returned as long as the other requirements of the return policy are met.
You are responsible for all charges related to shipping your returned product to us, including securing insurance or any other guarantee you wish to use to ensure that we receive the product. We will not process a return until we receive the originally ordered product.

down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
