Our ready for bed limited edition set includes one of our mt. kilimanjaro ribbed cotton velour robe, one pair of our closed toe slide slippers, and one of our good morning-good night turn down mat, three items that will take you through your routine, from the bathtub to the bed.
Shipping
down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of the purchase. Orders of $250 and over after discounts are applied and exclusive of taxes ship free of charge. For more details on shipping, please refer to Shipping in our FAQS.
Returns
Items purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotion code and items on sale may not be returned or refunded. An exception is items purchased as part of a customer’s first order. Items purchased as part of a customer’s first order in which a discount code is used may be returned as long as the other requirements of the return policy are met. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want as provided herein and place a new order on downetc.com.
You are responsible for all charges related to shipping your returned product to us, including securing insurance or any other guarantee you wish to use to ensure that we receive the product. We will not process a return until we receive the originally ordered product.
In the event you wish to return an unused product, please email using the Contact page within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
Returns will be refunded only for the amount paid for the items purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer received free shipping, the amount paid by down etc for the original shipping [up to $29.99] will be deducted from the amount refunded.
