100% hypoallergenic polyester fill that is a bigger and firmer fiber for a firmer feel than the fiber blend used in our aquaplush down alternative polyester pillow®
ounces of fill: standard (22 oz), queen (29 oz), king (36 oz), and euro (32 oz)
one layer of 100% cotton, 235-thread-count , super-soft, preshrunk, ticking fabric on top
one layer of polyester ticking fabric underneath
well-crafted for strength and durability with double stitching and German cotton piping
We highly recommend the consistent use of zippered pillow protectors to protect against sweat and spills and to extend the life of the pillows you love.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our aquaplush® hypoallergenic polyester pillow and fairfax hypoallergenic polyester pillow can be machine washed in cold or warm water.
Wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent in a washing machine large enough to allow movement in the drum. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry on low in a front load dryer until thoroughly dried to kill dust mites and to prevent mold growth.
They should be laundered if there are visible stains or noticeable odors. Pillows should be laundered at least every 6 months.
The pillows on which you sleep at luxury hotels have been in service and may feel different than those fresh out of the package.
Your new pillow may appear flat when it arrives as it has been compressed for shipping.
We highly recommend using zippered pillow protectors to protect against sweat and spills and to extend the life of the pillows you love.

Shipping

down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.

Shipping charges are based on the amount of the purchase. Orders of $200 and over after discounts are applied and exclusive of taxes ship free of charge. For more details on shipping, please refer to Shipping in our FAQS.

Returns

In the event you wish to return a product, please contact us at 415-348-0084 or by emailing us at logistics@downetc.com within 5 days of your receipt of the product. down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
