essential memory foam pillow should not be placed in the washing machine or dryer as these will break up the solid foam.
Spot clean with gentle detergent or rinse with water.
Dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.

down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. Returns
