onguard!® bed bug mattress protector encasement
Bed bugs are a public health pest that can find their way to your home by traveling on shoes, luggage, and clothing. The goal is to reduce their hiding places to prevent an infestation and to protect your investment in your mattresses and box springs. To do that, we've created our onguard!® box spring and mattress protectors/encasements. They are made of 100% polyester tightly woven to be anti-microbial, anti-allergen, flame retardant, waterproof, dust mite and bed bug proof. The box spring and mattress encasements are manufactured with knife edge finishing and a zipper closure on three sides with Velcro overlay blockseal™ around two corners for easy encasement of the box spring and mattress.
We manufacture our box spring and mattress encasements to be slightly larger than the box spring and mattress to allow for proper fit. Encasements are available in standard sizes.
Shipping
down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of the purchase. Orders of $250 and over after discounts are applied and exclusive of taxes ship free of charge. For more details on shipping, please refer to Shipping in our FAQS.
Returns
Items purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotion code and items on sale may not be returned or refunded. An exception is items purchased as part of a customer’s first order. Items purchased as part of a customer’s first order in which a discount code is used may be returned as long as the other requirements of the return policy are met.
You are responsible for all charges related to shipping your returned product to us, including securing insurance or any other guarantee you wish to use to ensure that we receive the product. We will not process a return until we receive the originally ordered product.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want as provided herein and place a new order on downetc.com.
In the event you wish to return an unused product, please email using the Contact page within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
