We introduce our lily pads® waterproof mattress pad overlays. They are made with the same thoughtful design as our lily pads® waterproof mattress pads. They provide the same motionless, noiseless, and breathable protection from spills and incontinence but can be used on the bed or to protect furniture, car seats, and wheelchairs. Easy to launder in the washing machine and dryer, they eliminate the waste that results from disposable incontinence pads.
Shipping
down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.

Returns

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want as provided herein and place a new order on downetc.com.
In the event you wish to return an unused product, please email us at logistics@downetc.com within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.
