Our rhapsody wrap feather and down pillow construction in a unique size and fill. The bespoke edition pillow is designed for side sleepers who prefer a pillow built larger than a standard but smaller than a queen. With slightly more volume in a smaller size than the rhapsody wrap in queen, the bespoke edition provides firmer support and appears fuller on the bed than the queen. This pillow works with our queen-size pillowcases.

Your new pillow may feel different from one you enjoyed at a luxury hotel, where regular use has softened and shaped it over time. With use, your pillow will gradually soften and settle. Please see the care instructions below for guidance on keeping it fresh and fluffy.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Down and feather pillows and aquaplush® hypoallergenic down alternative pillows should be laundered if there are visible stains or noticeable odors.
They can be dry cleaned or machine washed. If machine washing, do so in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent in a washing machine large enough to allow movement in the drum. Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low in a front load dryer until thoroughly dried to kill dust mites and to prevent mold growth. Down and feather pillows may be dried along with dryer balls or clean tennis balls in order to open up the down and create maximum fluff.
Pillows should be laundered at least every 6 months. Even if down and feather pillows do not need laundering, they will benefit from being placed in the dryer for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat to open the down thereby fluffing and refreshing the pillows.
Your new pillow may appear flat when it arrives as it has been compressed for shipping. Down and feathers are natural products and need to breathe. Let your new down and feather pillow breathe after you remove it from any packaging and before you place it in a pillow protector or pillowcase. Consider placing your down and feather pillow in the dryer with dryer balls on the lowest heat setting for 3-5 minutes to fluff it up. You can do this periodically during the product's life, as well.
We highly recommend using zippered pillow protectors to protect against sweat and spills and to extend the life of the pillows you love.

Shipping

down etc ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Processed orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. For most in-stock items, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of placing your order. We do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call our offices for customer assistance.

Shipping charges are based on the amount of the purchase. Orders of $250 and over after discounts are applied and exclusive of taxes ship free of charge. For more details on shipping, please refer to Shipping in our FAQS.

Returns

Items purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotion code and items on sale may not be returned or refunded. An exception is items purchased as part of a customer’s first order. Items purchased as part of a customer’s first order in which a discount code is used may be returned as long as the other requirements of the return policy are met. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want as provided herein and place a new order on downetc.com.

You are responsible for all charges related to shipping your returned product to us, including securing insurance or any other guarantee you wish to use to ensure that we receive the product. We will not process a return until we receive the originally ordered product.

In the event you wish to return an unused product, please email using the Contact page within 5 days of your receipt of the product.

down etc will accept your return of unused merchandise if you contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the product and the product has not been used or slept on. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or slept on.

Returns will be refunded only for the amount paid for the items purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer received free shipping, the amount paid by down etc for the original shipping [up to $29.99] will be deducted from the amount refunded.
