Our story began with hospitality. We opened our first showroom and began selling to hotels in 2001. In 2012, we launched downetc.com after hotel guests repeatedly asked how they could purchase the pillows and bedding they had enjoyed while traveling. Recognizing the number of interior designers and decorators using our products in their projects, we soon added a trade program for decorators and designers. Now, in our 25th year, we continue serving the hospitality industry, design professionals, and individual customers buying for their own homes.
