In two decades in business, the team at Down Etc has redefined the “Top of the Bed” for the hospitality industry with its luxury lines of Top of the Bed products and amenities. We have pursued our core belief in the “art of the bed” without sacrificing our goal of providing each of our customers with the foundation for a great night’s sleep. We hope you will continue to read our posts to discover more about the program we designed for high-end hotels to assist their guests in selecting the perfect pillows for their stays, which we will now bring directly to consumers through this website.
We have spent innumerable hours discussing sleep and sleep habits with our hospitality clients, which include five-star hotels, casinos and cruise ships throughout the world. We asked the questions and listened to the answers. The result is a deep well of knowledge and a continually evolving collection of soft goods meant to ensure an extraordinary sleep experience. We also listened to the guests of our hospitality clients who contacted us following their stays to inquire into purchasing the bedding they had enjoyed for use in their own homes. We launched this website in response to these conversations in order to present our luxury lines of Top of the Bed products directly to the consumer. In this blog, we will share the knowledge we have gained along the way. Since we know the relaxation experience does not begin and end with the bed, we have also designed a collection of soft goods for the bathroom, including everything from towels and robes to slippers and bags, but there will be more on that in future posts.
