The Set Decorators Society of America Held Its SDSA Honors on Sunday, April 23, 2023, and Down Etc's Bedding Was There
Down Etc, a Business Member of the SDSA, donated its luxury hotel bedding to the SDSA Honors raffle
Millbrae, CA April 27, 2023—The Set Decorators Society of America (SDSA), an international organization dedicated to the support of those in the profession, held its SDSA Honors, an annual event to present achievement awards, including the SDSA Earl Cooperman Lifetime Achievement Award, the Humanitarian Award, and the Hall of Fame Award, on April 23, 2023. A joyful return after a three-year postponement, the event took place at the Universal Sheraton, Universal City, CA. Down Etc was delighted to participate in the raffle by donating the winner’s choice of one of its luxury hotel sheet sets and two of its hotel pillows, as part of a bedding package.
Down Etc is a proud Business Member of the SDSA, a nonprofit founded in 1993, dedicated to networking and support of Set Decorators, the professionals who research, resource, design, build, and acquire the objects required to dress the sets of Motion Pictures and Television, including commercials and music videos. The SDSA offers fellowship and networking opportunities for set decorators, crew members and vendors within the craft, and a bridge to other design and technical professions in the entertainment industry. Business Members provide furnishings, materials, and professional services to the trade.
